Defining Patea River-limits for Pilot-vessels.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 189 of the Shipping and Seamen Act, 1908, I, Peter Fraser, Minister of Marine, do hereby define the Patea river-limits within which pilot-vessels may ply to be inside a radius of two miles from the flagstaff at Patea Harbour.

As witness my hand at Wellington, this 20th day of June, 1938.
