CORRIGENDA.
IN the Schedule of a Proclamation setting apart Crown Land for Defence Purposes in Blocks IX and XIII., Halswell, XVI, Leeston, and I, Ellesmere Survey Districts, published in New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of 26th May, 1938, at page 1180, read "Canterbury Land District" in lieu of "Wellington Land District."

Additional Land at Sawyer's Bay taken for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Sawyer's Bay in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of May, 1938.
