(2) Amended position of rock off Kennedy Bay.
(3) Amended position of Cuvier Island Light.
(4) Rocky Shoal off Waikawau Bay.

(1) Position : (a) Summit of Red Mercury Island, lat., 36° 37′·2 S. ; long., 175° 56′·3 E. (approx.). (b) North-western extremity of Great Mercury Island, lat., 36° 35′·8 S. ; long., 175° 45′·2 E. (approx.).
Rock, 3 fathoms 2 ft., 151° 4·24 miles from (a).
Rocky shoal, 9 fathoms 3 ft., 137° 2·75 miles from (a).
Rock, 5 fathoms 2 ft., 138° 2·10 miles from (a).
Rock, 4 fathoms 5 ft., 192° 1·62 miles from (b).

(2) The rock awash charted 2 miles eastward of Kennedy Bay, lat., 36° 40′·5 S. ; long., 175° 36′·8 E. (approx.) exists in a position 230° 0·6 miles from its charted position.

(3) Cuvier Island light, lat., 36° 26′·8 S. ; long., 175° 47′·4 E. (approx.) is charted approximately half a mile too far to the south-eastward.

(4) Position : Southern extremity of Waikawau Bay, lat., 36° 36′·0 S. ; long., 175° 33′·2 E. (approx.).
A rocky shoal, 5 fathoms 036½° 0·75 miles from this position.
