IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, and in the matter of
J. S. JENKINS, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary resolution
of the company has been duly entered and signed in
the company's minute-book:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the
company that by reason of its liabilities it cannot continue
its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same,
and that SYDNEY ERNEST BROWN, Public Accountant, of
Wellington, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the
purposes of such winding up."

And that a meeting of the creditors of the said company
will be held pursuant to section 234 of the Companies Act,
1933, at the office of S. E. Brown, Bethune's Building,
Featherston Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the 19th day
of May, 1938, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, at which
meeting a full statement of the position of the company's
affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated
amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and
at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235
of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator
of the company, and in pursuance of section 236 of the said
Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

£3 3s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN
ADVANCE.

Single copies of the Gazette as follows:

increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or
part thereof; postage, 1d.

Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the
first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding

16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertions.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding
publication.
