A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (dental clinic);
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods
19·26 perches.
Being part Section 116, Town of Wellington.
Situated in City of Wellington. (S.O. 20059.)

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for Health Purposes
(Dental Clinic) in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 57 of the
twenty-sixth day of the same month, at page 2065, and
deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as
No. 2602, taking land for health purposes (dental clinic)
in the City of Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of
May, 1938.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the
land in Tahunanui Town District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Land in the Otago Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be
set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the
Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the
Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the
disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or
on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the
Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such
land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation,
cease to be national-endowment land :
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been disposed of by way of sale on deferred payments and
it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-
endowment land :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section
three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as
national-endowment land under the provisions of section two
hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be
national-endowment land as from the fourteenth day of
January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 103, Block X, Leaning Rock Survey District : Area,
20 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
April, 1938.
