PUBLIC notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order made by the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Chambers at Westport on the 11th day of April, 1938, confirming a special resolution of the above-named company for reduction of share capital, a minute as under has been duly registered in the Register of Companies at Nelson:—

“As from the time of registration in the Register of Companies at Nelson of this minute the share capital of the above-named company shall be £15,000 divided into 20,000 fully-paid shares of fifteen shillings each instead of £20,000 divided into 20,000 fully-paid shares of one pound each.”

I, SIDNEY ROSCOE, of Mayfair Flats, the Terrace, Wellington, Hairdresser, a British subject, formerly known as Solomon Rostkowsky, hereby give notice that I have abandoned and forsaken the said name of Solomon Rostkowsky and desire and require to be known as Sidney Roscoe, and in evidence and in support of such change of name I have deposited in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington, a deed-poll bearing date 28th April, 1938.
