may be revoked and determined by the Governor-General in Council without any notice to the company or other proceedings whatsoever; and publication in the Gazette of an Order in Council containing such revocation shall be sufficient notice to the company and to all persons concerned or interested that this Order in Council, and the license, rights, and privileges thereby granted and conferred, have been revoked and determined.

In the event of this Order in Council being revoked for any reason whatsoever, or upon the expiry of the period for which the license is granted, the company shall, if required by the Minister so to do, remove the said structures entirely from the site and restore the site to its original condition within three months from the date of revocation or expiry, as the case may be; and, if the company fails so to do, the Minister may cause the said structures to be removed and the site so restored, and may recover from the company the costs incurred by the said removal and restoration.

The occupation of the said structures shall be sufficient evidence of the acceptance by the company of the terms and conditions of this Order in Council.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette of the sixth day of the same month, at page 2214, Edward Glenlivet Eliott and Mrs. Ida Waller (hereinafter called “the licensees”) were licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Tamaki Strait, Auckland Harbour, as a site for a wharf:
And whereas the licensees have applied to have the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, as from the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of the same month, at page 3861, Edward Glenlivet Eliott and Frederick Waller (hereinafter called “the licensees”) were licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark of Tamaki River, Auckland Harbour, as a site for a wharf:
And whereas the licensees have applied to have the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and ninety of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Richmond Borough Council to permit the laying-off of portion of a proposed street (described in the Schedule hereto) of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than sixty-three feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT portion of a proposed street, in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 9·4 perches, more or less, being Lot 8, D.P. 2531, and being part Section 27, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97743, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Ohiro Road, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the eastern side of Ohiro Road fronting that part of Section 43, Town of Wellington, comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 120, folio 19’’; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Ohiro Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
