HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Raglan County
Council stopping the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tauranga Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1938.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Tauranga Borough Council
to be the Tauranga Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at eight o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the Tauranga Borough Council Offices, Tauranga, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TAURANGA DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 18 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, being Allotments 393 and 273 of Section I, Tauranga Township, and stopped portions of Brown and McLean Streets: Bounded towards the north generally by Allotment 394 of Section I, Tauranga Township, 940 links; towards the east generally by Cameron Road, 1,256 and 811 links; towards the south by Hamilton Street, 957 links; and towards the west generally by Wsikareao Estuary: Be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/3884, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of Anaua Street, in the County of Wanganui, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1938.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wanganui County Council on the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, in so far as it affects the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :
“That section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to Anaua Street, Putiki”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Anaua Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, County of Wanganui, known as Anaua Street, fronting part Putiki Native Reserve, Block V, Ikitara Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98119, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
