DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between JOHN FRANCIS MCGECHIE and WALTER FREDERICK WOODWARD carrying on business as “Farmers” at Pukeatua under the style or firm of McGechie and Woodward has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of January, 1938, the said Walter Frederick Woodward retiring from the said partnership business.
The farming business will in future be carried on by the said John Francis McGechie in his own name and on his own account.

Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act, 1898, the Testators’ Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916, and the Trustee Act, 1925.
NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands of what kind soever upon or affecting the estate of the above-named deceased (who died on or about the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six), and letters of administration of whose estate were granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in its probate jurisdiction on the ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, to the permanent trustee company of New South Wales, Limited, are hereby required to send in particulars of such debts, claims, and demands to the said Administrator on or before the 25th day of April next, at the expiration of which time the said Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard to the debts, claims, and demands only of which it shall then have had notice, and the said Administrator will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand it shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
