A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional copy of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 223989 in the name of the PUBLIC TRUSTEE as mortgagee, of that parcel of land containing 121 acres 3 roods and 30 perches, more or less, situate in Block II of the Arawaru Survey District, being Rural Section 119 of the Township of Fitzherbert, and being the whole of the land in Memorandum of Lease No. 18255, and part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 10, folio 146 (Wellington Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional copy of the said memorandum of mortgage as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
