NOTICE is hereby given that on the 30th day of November, 1937, an order was made by the Supreme Court of New Zealand (Hamilton District) confirming a special resolution of the above company reducing the capital of the company from £40,000 to £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) divided into 30,000 fully-paid shares of £1 each. A minute of the said reduction was approved by the Court as follows:—

“The capital of the company is £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) divided into 30,000 fully-paid shares of one pound each.”

Notice is further given that the said order and minute were registered with the Assistant Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 7th day of February, 1938.
