IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mangamuka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 59 of the second day of the following month at page 2101, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Blocks II, III, and VI, Whitianga Survey District, Coromandel County, in so far as it affects the area of 1 perch mentioned in the First Schedule thereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of December, 1937.
