Portion of Little Wanganui Wharf Road, in the County of Buller, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1937.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Buller County Council on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:
"The Buller County Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the County of Buller, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that road known as the Little Wanganui Wharf Road adjoining part Section 17, Block II, Kongahu Survey District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of portion of Little Wanganui Wharf Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of road, situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Buller, known as Little Wanganui Wharf Road, fronting part Section 17, Block II, Kongahu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97290, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking a License authorizing the Kamo Town Board to erect and use Electric Lines within the Kamo Town District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1937.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of any other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and with the consent of the licensee, doth hereby revoke the license dated the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the Gazette of the fourteenth day of the same month, authorizing the Kamo Town Board to erect and use certain electric lines within the Town District of Kamo.

Revoking a License held by Frank Octavius Matthews, of Wanganui, Farmer, authorizing him to use Water for the purpose of generating Electricity and to erect certain Electric Lines.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1937.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of any other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the license dated the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-ive, and published in the Gazette No. 44 of the thirteenth lay of the same month, authorizing Frank Octavius Matthews, of Wanganui, Farmer, to take and use from the Waitotara River a stream of water not exceeding thirty-five cubic feet per second at any one time for the purposes therein set out, and also to erect certain electric lines as shown on plan P.W.D. 89099.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby vary the respective Orders in Council set out in the First Schedule hereto by excluding therefrom respectively the lands described in Parts I, II, and III of the Second Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
