Trade-marks : Goods Prohibited to be Imported.—Cancellation of Notification.
Customs Department,
Wellington, 29th January, 1937.
IT is hereby notified for public information that the notification dated 21st November, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27th November, 1930, regarding the prohibition under the Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1908, of the importation of confectionery to which the trade-mark “ Mickey Mouse ” had been falsely applied, is cancelled.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Castor Bay Ratepayers' Association (Incorporated), is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
