ERRATUM.—In the second column of the Warrant
relating to disallowance of by-laws published on
page 2508 of Gazette No. 92 dated the 22nd day of December,
1936, in place of the words and figures “ 8. The Gore By-law
No. 1, 1922,” read the words and figures “ 8. The Gore
Borough By-law No. 3, 1930.”
Land taken for the Purposes of Gravel-pits in Block V, Haupiri
Survey District, Grey County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of gravel-pits, and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Grey, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 0 0 Section 5; coloured red.
1 0 0 Section 2578; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block V, Haupiri Survey District (Westland
R.D.). (S.O. 3227.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94229,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
January, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-seven.

Situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District (Auck-

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
94847, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of
February, 1937.
