Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—
(1) F. N. Hemphill, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at a proposed new service station opposite St. John’s College, Auckland.
(2) C. H. Clinkard, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit from two petrol pumps installed at a garage in Tutunekai Street, Rotorua.
(3) The N.Z. Farmers’ Co-operative Association, Limited, for permission to move four petrol pumps from West Street to a new site in Havelock Street, Ashburton.
(4) P. Coyne and L. P. A. Potter, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at a proposed new service station on the corner of Broadway and Mangakahia Road, Kaikohe.
(5) A. J. H. McLennan, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at his store at Mahakipawa.
(6) E. & L. Duff, Ltd., for permission to change the site of the company’s service station from the corner of Mailer and Porteous Streets to the corner of Mailer and Lawrence Streets, Mornington, Dunedin.
(7) Mrs. G. Kent, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at her store at Mauriceville West.
(8) Gregory Limited, for permission to move the petrol pump from the company’s premises to new premises on the Main Road, Whatatutu, Gisborne, and install an additional pump.
(9) W. A. Wilson, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at his premises in Painter’s Road, Halkett.
(10) A. A. W. Mayo, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at Maru Maru.
(11) E. Musha, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at his store at Ahimia, Thames Coast.
(12) J. A. Graham, for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at his store at Hari Hari.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned not later than the 16th December, 1937. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.

(2) J. Olsen, for a license to take fish at Port Chalmers by means of a 22⅔ ft. 5 h.p. launch, using set-nets and hand-lines, and supplying the Dunedin market.
(3) W. G. Little, for a license to take fish at Whangarei by means of a 26 ft. 10 h.p. launch, using set-nets, long and hand lines, and supplying the Whangarei market.
(4) F. E. Hall, for a license to take fish and crayfish at Gisborne by means of a 21 ft. 9 h.p. outboard motor-boat, using long and hand lines and crayfish-pots, and supplying the Gisborne market.
(5) T. V. Scott, for a license to take fish at Tahunanui, Nelson, by means of a 15 ft. 3 h.p. launch, using drag-nets and hand-lines, and supplying the Nelson market.
(6) T. Roberts, for a license to take fish at French Pass by means of a 28 ft. 5 h.p. launch, using set and drag nets and long and hand lines, and supplying the Wellington market.
(7) L. F. Barney, for a license to take fish at Tauranga by means of a 25 ft. 7 h.p. launch, using long and hand lines, and supplying the Tauranga market.
(8) W. J. White, for a license to take fish at Wanganui by means of a 17 ft. 5 h.p. launch, using hand and long lines, and supplying the Wanganui market.
(9) A. S. Reece, for a license to take fish at Foveaux Strait by means of a 22½ ft. 15 h.p. launch, using hand and set lines, and trawling.
(10) W. Wilson, for a license to take fish and crayfish from Cape Campbell to Motunau Island, by means of a 43 ft. 45 h.p. launch, using set and drag nets, long and hand lines, and crayfish-pots, and supplying the Kaikoura market.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 16th December, 1937.
