Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve the lands in the North Auckland and Marlborough Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Allotment 154 and portion of Allotment 10, Mangatete Parish, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificates of title, Vol. 689, folio 158, and Vol. 680, folio 64 respectively, Auckland Registry, more particularly described as follows: Bounded towards the north-west by Allotment S 11, Mangatete Parish, 405·4 links; towards the north-east and south-east by portion of Allotment 10, Mangatete Parish, 560·4 and 642·5 links respectively; towards the south-west by a public road, 465·8 links and 144·7 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/180A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2·3 perches, more or less, being part of Section 46, Opawa, Town of Blenheim. Bounded to the north by South Street, 37·9 links; towards the east by Stuart Street, 37·9 links; towards the south by part of Section 46, Opawa, 37·9 links; and towards the west by other part of Section 46, Opawa, 37·9 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/601A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Municipal.)

to be members of the Fireblight Committee of the Gisborne Commercial Fruitgrowing District established under the said Act, vice William Matthew Hall and Charles Pearson.

(1) The Wakefield Domain Board from five to nine and to appoint Charles Frederick Shuttleworth, Carl Frederick Augustus Wilkens, Charles William Mead, and Maurice Eden, as the additional members thereby rendered necessary.
(2) The Wahi Takaro Domain Board from five to eight and to appoint William Ernest Chamberlain, Douglas Frederick Coleman, and Maurice Irwin Malthus as the additional members thereby rendered necessary.
