Altering the Boundaries of the North Canterbury Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and section forty-nine of the Local Legislation Act, 1933, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the North Canterbury Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, being that portion of the County of Cheviot, that is included in the area described in the Second Schedule to the Local Legislation Act, 1933.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of November, 1937.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block II, Waitakerei Survey District, and Block I, Titirangi Survey District—viz., Portion of the Waitakerei Ridgeway (Coronation) Drive.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block II, Waitakerei Survey District, and Block I, Titirangi Survey District—viz., portion of the Waitakerei Ridgeway (Coronation) Drive—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing road near the southernmost corner of Allotment S. 184, Waipareira Parish, Block II, Waitakerei Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 22 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., part Allotment 128, Waipareira Parish, Block II, Waitakerei Survey District, and Block I, Titirangi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said road opposite the said part Allotment 128, Waipareira Parish; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97507, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of November, 1937.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Tauhara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 5 perches. Being portion of Rangatira 8A 2A 2 Block.
Situated in Block II, Tauhara Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29088.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96839, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of November, 1937.
