Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VII, Geraldine Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
2 0 2.8 Lot 25 of Reserve 1650.
4 3 27 Lot 27 of Reserve 1650.

Situated in Block VII, Geraldine Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (L.P. 1297.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97141, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of October, 1937.

Land taken for the Purposes of Public Conveniences in the Borough of Whangarei.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of public conveniences, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of October, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
