IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Robert Weir Irving,
Peter Kidd,
Ian Ralston Macaulay,
William Clifton Brown,
Charles Talbot Norton,
William Simpson, and
Henry Godfrey Waters,

to be the Mount Nessing Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Mount Nessing Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion of the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the Purposes of the Frasertown Domain.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said portion, a sum not exceeding seventy-five pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Frasertown Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—PORTION OF ORMOND DOMAIN.

ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being the section marked “Bush Reserve,” and being the land referred to in the Order in Council dated 1st August, 1910, and published in Gazette No. 75 of the 4th of that month, at page 3115.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—FRASERTOWN DOMAIN.

SECTION 152, Frasertown: Area, 31 acres 2 roods 14 perches, more or less.

to be the Ohai Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, at seven thirty o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Dressing-rooms, Ohai Domain, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

OHAI DOMAIN.—SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 7·5 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Invercargill as No. 2657, being also part of Section 94, Block III, Wairio District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 138, folio 294, Invercargill Registry.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 24 perches, more or less, being Lot 50 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Invercargill as No. 2656, and Lot 1 on plan deposited in the said office as No. 2858, being also part of Section 94, Block III, Wairio District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 138, folio 258, Invercargill Registry.
