A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 7·2 perches.
Being portion of part Lot 24, D.P. 11482, and being part
Waikoukou No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block VII, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 28915.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96396,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
October, 1937.

Block V, Motu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a roadman's cottage,
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the first day of November, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 7 acres 1 rood
5 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 2185, and being part Section 1, Block V,
Motu Survey District.
In the Gisborne Land District ; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97429, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
October, 1937.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit in
Block IV, Mabel Hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a
gravel-pit ; and I do also hereby declare that this Procla-
mation shall take effect on and after the first day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described
in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped :
6·1 perches.
Adjoining part Lot 24, D.P. 11482, being part Waikoukou
No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block VII, Kumeu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 28915.)

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me
by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage
Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount
Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, do hereby declare that as on and from the first day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, the
area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and
form part of the Christchurch Drainage District ; and, with
the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that
the said area shall be added to the Rural Heathcote Sub-
district of the said district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 35·6 perches, more or less, and being
Lot 3, Plan No. 8731, deposited in the office of the District
Land Registrar at Christchurch, and being part of Rural
Section 54, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey
District, being the whole of the land comprised in certificate
of title, Vol. 451, folio 140.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
October, 1937.
