Land proclaimed as Road and Road closed in Block VIII,
Tadmor Survey District, Waimea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Tadmor Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
road:—

0 0 26·4 Being portion of Section {coloured red.
0 0 6·1 } 36, Square 5 }, yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P.
0 0 4·3 Adjoining or passing through Section 36,
0 0 20·4 } Square 5 ; coloured green.
All situated in Block VIII, Tadmor Survey District (Nelson
R.D.). (S.O. 825r.)
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95588,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
October, 1937.

Colville Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in
the Second Schedule hereto.
