Altering the Boundaries of the North Auckland Electric-power District to include the Town District of Kamo.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anyway enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the North Auckland Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District comprising the Town District of Kamo as at present constituted. The same being more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97179, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of October, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Pakawau Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
