Otaki.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by
the Manawatu Electoral District, hereinbefore described,
from the sea at a point being the production of the south
boundary of Section 329, Block I, Mount Robinson Survey
District, to the summit of the Tararua Range at Trig Station
Arawaru; thence bounded towards the south-east generally
by the Masterton and Wairarapa Electoral Districts, herein-
before described, from the said Trig Station Arawaru to the
easternmost corner of Section 270, Block IV, Belmont Survey
District; thence by the south-eastern boundary of the said
Section 270, south-eastern boundaries of Sections 265, 264,
263, and 262, all of the said Block IV, Belmont Survey
District, the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 261 and
255, Block III, Belmont Survey District, to and along the
northern boundary generally of Block IX, Belmont Survey
District, to and along the northern boundary of Section 328,
eastern, northern, and western boundaries of Section 331,
western boundaries of Sections 330, 329, and Section 40,
Normandale Settlement, all of Block VIII, Belmont Survey
District, to and along the south-western boundary of Section 27,
to and along the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 7,
all of the said Block VIII, Belmont Survey District, to and
along the northern boundary of Section 6, Block VII, Belmont
Survey District, to and along the north-western boundaries of
Sections 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17, all of Block II, Belmont
Survey District, to and along the south-western boundary
of Section 107 of the said Block II, to and along the Kenepuru
Stream, to and along the Porirua Stream, to and along the
Main Trunk Railway-line, to and along the northern boundary
of Section 53, Block V, Belmont Survey District, to and along
the main road, to and along the southern boundary of
Section 54, of the said Block V, to and along the eastern,
southern, and western boundaries of the Porirua Mental
Hospital Reserve, to and along the north-eastern boundary
of Section 42 and south-eastern and south-western boundaries
of Section 41, all of the aforesaid Block V, to the sea; thence
bounded towards the west generally by the sea to a point
being the production of the south boundary of Section 329,
Block I, Mount Robinson Survey District, the place of
commencement, and including Kapiti, Mana, and adjacent
islands.
WELLINGTON SUBURBS.
This district is bounded towards the north and east generally
by the Otaki and Wairarapa Electoral Districts hereinbefore
described, from the sea at the westernmost corner of Section 41,
Block V, Belmont Survey District, to the sea at Turakirae
Head; thence bounded towards the south-west generally
by the sea and the eastern shores of Port Nicholson to the
mouth of the Hutt River at the north-western corner of
Section 20, Block XVI, Belmont Survey District; thence
by the northern boundaries of the said Section 20 and Section
21 of the said Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, to and
along the western boundaries of Sections 16 and 21, Block XIV,
Belmont Survey District, to and along White's Line East,
to and along Cambridge Terrace, to and along Waterloo
Road, to and along Witako Street, to and along the south-
western and north-western boundaries of Section 33, Block
XIV, Belmont Survey District, to and along Pretoria Street,
to and along King's Crescent, to and along Brunswick Street,
to and along Melling Road, to the Wellington-Wairarapa
Railway line; thence bounded towards the south-east
generally by the said railway-line to its intersection with the
Main Hutt Road at Petone, and by that road by a right
line due south to Port Nicholson; thence by the western
shores of Port Nicholson to a point in line with Baker Street;
thence by a right line to and along the said Baker Street,
to and along Watt Street, to and along the Wadestown Tram
Road, to and along Sefton Street, to and along Wadestown
Road, to and along the northern boundary generally of the
Wellington Town Belt, to and along the north-eastern bound-
ary of Section 2, Kaiwarra, to and along the Kaiwarawara
Stream, to and along the south-western boundary of Sub-
division VIII, Otari Native Reserve, to and along the north-
western boundaries of the said Subdivision VIII and Sub-
divisions VII, VI, V, IV, III, II, and I, all of the said Otari
Native Reserve, to and along the south-western and north-
western boundaries of Section 7, Kaiwarra, to and along the
south-western boundary of Section 9, Kaiwarra, to and along
the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 128,
Block III, Port Nicholson Survey District, south-eastern bound-
ary of Section 129, south-western and north-western bound-
aries of Section 55, south-western and north-western bound-
aries of Section 103, south-western boundary of Section 101,
south-western boundaries of Sections 100 and 78, south-western
and north-western boundaries of Section 75 and south-
eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 99, all of
the said Block III, Port Nicholson Survey District, to the
sea; thence bounded towards the west generally by the sea
to the northernmost corner of Section 41, Block V, Belmont
Survey District, the place of commencement, including all
wharves and extensions seaward.
Hutt.
This district is bounded towards the north-west, north,
and east generally by the Wellington Suburbs Electoral
District, hereinbefore described, from Port Nicholson at a
point due south of the intersection of the Wellington-
Wairarapa Railway line and the Main Hutt Road at Petone
to the eastern shores of Port Nicholson at the north-western
corner of Section 20, Block XVI, Belmont Survey District;
thence bounded towards the south generally by the mouth
of the Hutt River and shores of Port Nicholson to the place
of commencement, including Gear Island and all wharves
and extensions seaward.
WELLINGTON NORTH.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by
the Wellington Suburbs Electoral District, hereinbefore
described, from the Wellington Town Belt at the easternmost
corner of Section 2, Kaiwarra, to Port Nicholson at a point
in line with the middle of Baker Street; thence bounded
towards the east generally by the shores of Port Nicholson
and Lambton Harbour, to and along Barnett Street, to and
along Cable Street, to and along Chaffer Street, to and along
Wakefield Street, to and along Tory Street to its junction
with Buckle Street; thence bounded towards the south
generally by the said Buckle Street, to and along Taranaki
Street, to and along Webb Street, to and along Willis Street,
to and along Aro Street to its junction with Devon Street;
thence bounded towards the west generally by the said
Devon Street, to and along Fairlie Terrace, to and along
Kelburn Parade, to and along Salamanca Road, to and
along Bolton Street, to and along Wesley Road, to and along
the northern boundary of the Botanical Gardens, to and along
Tinakori Road, to and along the north-eastern boundary of
Section 11, Orangi-Kaupapa Block, to and along the north-
western boundary of Lot 1, Part Section 12, of the said Block,
to and along the western and north-western boundaries of
the Wellington Town Belt to the easternmost corner of
Section 2, Kaiwarra, the place of commencement, including
all wharves and extensions seaward. This district includes
Somes Island.
WELLINGTON CENTRAL.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by
the southern shores of Lambton Harbour from Barnett
Street to Point Jerningham; thence bounded towards the
east generally by the western shores of Evans Bay to a point
in line with Belvedere Road; thence bounded towards the
south generally by the said Belvedere Road, to and along
Overtoun Terrace, to and along Hamilton Road, to and along
Tapiri Street, to and along the eastern boundary of the
Wellington Town Belt to a point in line with the centre of
Mein Street; thence by a right line to and along the said
Mein Street, to and along Coromandel Street to its junction
with the south-eastern corner of Government House Grounds;
thence by the southern boundary generally of the said Govern-
ment House grounds, to and along Hospital Road, to and
along Adelaide Road, to and along John Street, to and along
Tasman Street to a point in line with the middle of Finlay
Terrace; thence by a right line to and along the said Finlay
Terrace, to and along Wallace Street, to and along Bidwell
Street to the westernmost corner of Section 686; thence by
the production of the south-western boundary of the said
Section 686, to and along Bell Road to its junction with the
Wellington Town Belt at Heaton Terrace; thence bounded
towards the north-west generally by the western boundary
of the said Wellington Town Belt and its production, to and
along Brooklyn Road to a point in line with the south-eastern
boundary of Section 55; thence by a right line to and along
the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 55, to and
along Nairn Street to its junction with Webb Street; thence
by the Wellington North Electoral District, hereinbefore
described, from the junction of Webb Street and Willis
Street to Lambton Harbour at Barnett Street, the place of
commencement, including all wharves and extensions seaward.
WELLINGTON EAST.
This district is bounded towards the north generally by the
Wellington Central Electoral District, hereinbefore described,
and the shores of Evans Bay from the Wellington Town Belt
at the western end of Tapiri Street to Point Halswell; thence
bounded towards the east generally by the western shores
of Port Nicholson from the said Point Halswell to Point Dorset;
thence bounded towards the south generally by the sea from
