then by the north-western boundary of said Allotment 129;
then by a right line to the northernmost corner of Allot-
ment 139 and southerly generally along the eastern boundaries
of said Allotment 139, across a road, to and then for a
distance of 1000 links along the north-western boundary
of Allotment 142, Puniu Parish aforesaid; thence westerly
along a right line to the easternmost corner of Allotment 144A,
Puniu Parish aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the
north-eastern boundary of said Allotment 144A, a distance of
670 links; thence south-westerly along a right line to a
point in the south-western boundary-line of Allotment 145,
Puniu Parish, distant 1000 links from its south-western
corner; then north-westerly along the last-mentioned
boundary; then north-easterly along the south-eastern
side of Otorohanga Road to a point in line with the north-
eastern boundary of Allotment 232, Mangapiko Parish;
then north-westerly to and along that boundary to the North
Island Main Trunk Railway line; then southerly by the
said railway-line to and along the north-eastern and north-
western boundaries of Allotment 322, Mangapiko Parish
to the Puniu River; then by that river to the Waipa
River and by that river to its confluence with the Mangauika
Stream, the place of commencement.

WAITOMO.

This district is bounded towards the north generally by
the Raglan and Waikato Electoral Districts hereinbefore
described from the sea at the entrance to Aotea Harbour
to a point on the Waikato River opposite the north-western
corner of Section 9, Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District;
then by the Waikato River to the Waipapa River and by
the Waipapa River to the Waiteti Stream; then by that
stream to its approximate source at peg CXXX on Survey
Office plan 20946 (2) blue; then south-westerly along a
right line, bearing 209° 13' distance 7767 links; then
south-easterly along right lines bearing 169° 44' distance
10266 links, bearing 169° 5' distance 3508 links as shown
on the aforesaid plan; then along the eastern and southern
boundaries of Maraeroa A No. 3B Block to its intersection
with a right line running from Rangitoto Trig Station to the
source of the Ongarue River; then southerly along that
line to the source of the Ongarue River; then by that
river to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Rangitoto-
Tuhua No. 54 Block; then to and along that boundary
to its north-eastern corner; then along the eastern and
northern, and western boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua No.
37B to the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Block III, Pahi
Survey District; then along the northern and western
boundaries of Section 2, and the western boundary of Section
1, Block III, aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of Rangitoto-
Tuhua 78B Block; then along the north-western boundaries
of that block to the middle of the North Island Main Trunk
Railway; then southerly generally along the middle of
that railway to a point in line with the south-western boundary
of Rangitoto-Tuhua 77B 1B 2c Block; then to and along
that boundary and its production to the middle of the Ongarue
River; then down the middle of that river to the south-
eastern corner of Block III, Tangitu Survey District; then
westerly along the southern boundaries of Blocks III, II, and I
Tangitu Survey District to the easternmost corner of Section
6, Block IV, Aria Survey District; then along the south-
eastern boundary of Section 6 and the eastern boundary of
Section 8, Block IV, aforesaid, to the south-eastern corner of
the last-mentioned section; then westerly along the
southern boundaries of Sections 8 and 7, Block IV, aforesaid,
to the eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII, Aria Survey
District: then northerly along that boundary to the
northernmost point of the said Section 1; then along the
northern boundaries of Blocks VIII and VII, and the eastern
and southern boundaries of Block VI, Aria Survey District,
to the Puketawai Trig Station; then along the southern
and western boundaries of Section 9 and the southern
boundaries of Section 6, Block VI, aforesaid to the Waitewhena
Road; then along the Waitewhena Road to the southern
boundary of Section 8, Block V, Aria Survey District; then
along the southern and western boundaries of Section 8 and
the southern boundaries of Sections 3 and 2, Block V, afore-
said to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section;
then along the western boundaries of Sections 2 and 1,
Block V, and the western boundaries of Sections 21, 19,
22, and 11, Block I, Aria Survey District, to the Paraheka
Stream; then along the Paraheka Stream to the Mokau
River and down the middle of that river to the sea; then
by the sea to the entrance to Aotea Harbour the place of
commencement.

ROTORUA.

This district is bounded towards the west, north, and east
generally by the Waitomo, Waikato, and Tauranga Electoral
Districts hereinbefore described from the source of the
Ongarue River to the Rangitaiki River; then easterly
along the confiscation-line to the eastern boundary of
Block II, Waimana Survey District; then along the eastern
boundaries of Blocks II and VI, Waimana Survey District
to the south-western corner of Waimana No. 1C 3 Block;
then along the southern boundaries of Waimana Nos. 1C 3
and 1C 2 Blocks, and the south-western boundary of Wai-
mana No. 1D Block to the Waimana River; then up that
river to its source, and then by a right line to Maungapo-
hatu Trig. Station; then along the summit of the range
to Trig. Station Whakatakoe; then along a right line to
the source of the Huiarau Stream and by that stream to Lake
Waikare Moana; then by a right line from the mouth of
the Huiarau Stream to the junction of the Rangitaiki River
with the main road from Napier to Lake Taupo; then by
a right line to the Taharua River at its intersection with the
south-eastern boundary of the Tauhara South A Block;
then by the said Taharua River and the Mohaka River to
a point in line with Trig. Stations 68A and 65A; then by
a right line running through Trig. Station 68A to Trig. Station
65A; then by a right line to Trig. Station Tawaki Tohunga;
then by a right line to Trig. Station Motumatai; then
by a right line to Trig. Station Manukaiapu; then by a
right line to Mount Ruapehu; then by a right line to Mount
Ngauruhoe; then by a right line to Mount Tongariro;
then along a right line running in the direction of the
mouth of the Waihi Stream to the Wanganui River; then
down the Wanganui River to the eastern boundary of
Block X, Maungaku Survey District; then to and along
that boundary to and along the Mangaharakeke-iti Stream,
to and along the Kuratau River to Lake Taupo; then by
the western shore of the said lake to the mouth of the Wai-
hora Stream; and then by a right line to the source of the
Ongarue River, the point of commencement.

BAY OF PLENTY.

This district is bounded towards the north-west, north-
east, and south-east generally by the sea from the mouth of
the Rangitaiki River diversion to the mouth of the Hamanatua
Stream in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District; then
bounded towards the south generally by the said Hamanatua
Stream to and along the road forming the eastern and southern
boundaries of Section 3, and the southern boundary of Section
2, Blocks III and IV, of the said Turanganui Survey District
to the Waimata River; then by that river to a point in
line with the south-western boundary of Section 17, Block III,
of the said survey district; then to and by the south-western
boundaries of the said Section 17, and section 16, to and
along the road forming the southern boundaries of Sections
15 and 13, Block III, of the aforesaid Turanganui Survey
District, to and along the south-eastern and north-eastern
boundaries of the Whataupoko 4 Block, to and along the
north-eastern boundary of Whataupoko 5 Block to the
Matokitikai Road; then by that road to a point bearing
37° 58' from the junction of Lytton and Ormond Roads;
then by a right line to the said junction of Lytton and
Ormond Roads; then by Lytton Road to and along the
northern boundaries of Allotments 33 and 32, Halstead,
to and along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 31 and 10,
Halstead to the Taruhepu River; then by that river
to the north-eastern corner of the cemetery south of Allot-
ment 20, Halstead; then by the eastern boundary of the
said cemetery to and along the road forming the northern
boundaries of Matawhero 5 or B Block and Matawhero I
Block to the Waipoua River; then up the middle of the
Waipoua River to the Pouaru Stream; then by that
stream to its first crossing of the road which runs up the
valley of the said Pouaru Stream; then along the middle
of that road to Okahuatiu ID 2B 1 Block; then by
Tangihanga A Pukepapa B and Waikohu Blocks, to the
Wharekopae River; then across that river and along the
south-west boundary of the Waihuka Block to the most
easterly point of Lot 26, Block I, Waikohu Survey District;
then crossing the road and following its south-west side
to its junction with the easternmost corner of Lot 27, Block I,
Waikohu Survey District; then bounded on the south-
east, south, and south-west generally by the east boundaries
of Lot 27, Block I, Waikohu Survey District, and the east,
south, and west boundaries of Lot 1 of Okahuatiu 1 (D.P.
1558); then by the south-western boundaries of Lots 24
and 18, Block I, Waikohu Survey District, and the south-east
boundary of Lot 5 of Block IV, Ngatapa Survey District
to the northernmost point of Wharekopae 2B 1; then by
the north-east and south-east boundaries of Wharekopae 2B 1,
by the south-east boundary of Wharekopae 2A; then by
