NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company held on the
15th day of September, 1937, the following special resolution
was passed :—
“ That it is desirable to reconstruct the company and
accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and
that JOHN DUNCAN URQUHART, of 230 Flinders Lane, Mel-
bourne, Victoria, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of
such winding up.”
The address of the Liquidator in New Zealand is 65 Victoria
Street, Wellington, and the business of the company in New
Zealand will henceforth be carried on at that address by a
reconstructed company under the same name.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors
of the above company will be held, pursuant to
section 234 of the Companies Act, 1933, at the offices of
Messrs. W. S. Newburgh and Co., 109 Hereford Street,
Christchurch, on Saturday, the 9th day of October, 1937,
at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, at which meeting a full
statement of the position of the company's affairs, together
with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their
claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting
the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act,
may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company.

November, 1937, at 10.15 o'clock in the forenoon, and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address
for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the
17th day of November, 1937.
