LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a
provisional certificate of title in the name of WILLIAM
SUMMERS WALLS for all that parcel of land containing 2 acres
2 roods 2•7 perches, be it a little more or less, being parts
of Sections 2 and 3, Harbour District, and being Lots 222 and
258 on D.P. 2644 and Lot 6 on D.P. 3932, excepting out of the
said Lot 6 such portion of the soil thereof as lies below a
plane parallel to and distant 40 ft. above the railway-lines
in the said lot and being the whole of the land in certificate
of title, Vol. 285, folio 257 (Wellington Registry), and
evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the
said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will
issue the provisional certificate of title as requested after
fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.
