A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a
transmission of the mortgagee’s interest in Outstanding
Mortgage No. 139390 and a discharge of the said outstanding
mortgage over all that parcel of land containing 29 perches,
more or less, situate in the Borough of Marton, being part
Section 18 of the Agricultural Reserve, in the Rangitikei
District, and being Lot 123 on Deeds Plan 177, and being all
the land in certificate of title, Vol. 342, folio 113 (Wellington
Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or
destruction of the said outstanding mortgage, I hereby give
notice that I will register the said transmission and discharge
of outstanding mortgage as requested after fourteen days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
