Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks VII and VIII, Ngautuku Survey District, and Blocks II, VI, VII, XI, and XIV, Te Atiamuri Survey District-viz., Deviations of the Waitoa-Taupo Main Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road in Blocks VII and VIII, Ngautuku Survey District, and Blocks II, VI, VII, XI, and XIV, Te Atiamuri Survey District-viz., deviations of the Waitoa-Taupo Main Highway-shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing Waitoa-Taupo Main Highway on the boundary between Matamata and Taupo Counties in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 13 miles 64 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., part Whakamaru-Maungaiti Block, Lots 5 and 3, D.P. 22338, Block VII, Lots 6 and 4, D.P. 22338, and part Lot 7, D.P. 19413, Block VIII, Ngautuku Survey District; part Lot 7, D.P. 12323, part Whakamaru Maungaiti Block on D.P. 22339, Lot 4, D.P. 12322, Blocks II and VI, other part Lot 7, D.P. 12323 (Proclamation No. 7295), Block II, part Lot 3, D.P. 12322, part Lot 3, D.P. 16299. part Tatua West No. 1363 Block on D.P. 517, part Tatua West Block on D.P. 590, Block VI, Lot 4, D.P.s 21101 and 21102, Blocks VII, XI, and XIV, Section 1, Block VII, and Lot 5, D.P.s 21101 and 21102, Block XIV, Te Atiamuri Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said highway on the boundary between Te Atiamuri and Ngongotaha Survey Districts; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96881 (two sheets), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of September, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, and Block I, Titirangi Survey District-viz., portion of the Waitakerei Ridgeway (Coronation) Drive -shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the existing road through Allotment 125, Waipareira Parish, Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, about 2 chains from the southern boundary of Allotment 125A, Waipareira Parish, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 54 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Lot 6, D.P. 20522, and Lot 1, D.P. 25010, Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, Allotment N.E. 184 and part Allotment 128, Waipareira Parish, Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, and Block I, Titirangi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said road opposite Allotment S. 184, Waipareira Parish, about 5 chains south-west of the north-eastern corner of the said Allotment S. 184; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97062, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of September, 1937.
