Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded on the west by the Ohaeawai District hereinbefore described from the Waitangi River to Kerikeri Inlet; thence easterly along Kerikeri Inlet to the Bay of Islands ; thence by a right line to the northernmost point of Piercy Island off Cape Brett; thence southerly to and along the sea-coast to the northernmost corner of the Hikurangi District ; thence south-westerly by the north-western boundary of the Hikurangi District as defined in New Zealand Gazette, 1911, page 1445, to the eastern boundary of the Kawa Kawa District as defined in New Zealand Gazette, 1906, page 2169 ; thence along the eastern and northern boundaries of that district to its north-western corner ; thence along the north-eastern boundary of the Ohaeawai District hereinbefore described to the Waitangi River, the place of commencement.
And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the twenty-second day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of September, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing registration districts known as the Ohaeawai and Bay of Islands districts, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into two registration districts the names whereof shall be the Ohaeawai and Bay of Islands districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be conterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908 :
And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the twenty-second day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of September, 1937.

Altering the Boundaries of the Otago Central Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Otago Central Electric-power District so as to include the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, including portion of the Vincent County and a portion of the Lake County, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the north-east corner of Section 3, Block IV, Wakefield Survey District; thence in a west direction along the north boundary of the said Section 3, Block IV, Wakefield Survey District, to the block-line between the Cromwell and Wakefield Survey Districts; thence in a north-west direction along the north-east boundary of Run 245E to the most north corner of Run 245E ; thence in a south-west direction along the north-west boundary of Run 245E, along the south-east boundary of Run 245D to the block-line between Blocks V and VI, Cromwell Survey District; thence in a north direction along the block-line between Blocks V and VI and between Blocks VIII and IX, Cromwell, to the north-west corner of Block VIII, Cromwell Survey District; thence in an easterly

direction along the northern boundary of Block VIII to the north-east corner of same; then in a north direction along the west boundary of Blocks II, IV, V, and VI, Tarras Survey District, to the intersection of the same with the southern boundary of Block II, Lower Wanaka Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Block II, Lower Wanaka Survey District, to the boundary between Lake and Vincent Counties ; thence proceeding in a south-westerly direction ; thence in a north-easterly direction and then in a westerly direction along the southern boundary of Lower Wanaka Survey District to a point being the south-eastern corner of Block XIX, Lower Wanaka Survey District ; thence in a north-easterly, then in a northerly direction along the eastern boundary of the said Block XIX to its north-east corner ; thence westerly along the north boundary of Blocks XIX and XVI to the north-west corner of Block XVI, Lower Wanaka Survey District ; thence northerly along the western boundary of Block XV, Lower Wanaka Survey District, to the shore of Lake Wanaka ; then generally in an easterly, then north-easterly, then south-easterly, then north-easterly, then northerly, then easterly following the southern shore of Lake Wanaka to a point being the north-eastern corner of Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey District ; then northerly to a point on the opposite bank of the Clutha River in a line being an extension of the eastern boundary of Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey District ; thence in a north-westerly, then in a north-easterly, then in a north-westerly, and northerly direction along the shore of Lake Wanaka to a point in a straight line with the boundary between Blocks VI and VIII, Lower Wanaka Survey District ; thence easterly in a straight line to the north-west corner of Block VI, Lower Wanaka Survey District ; then easterly along the north boundary of Block VI to the north-easterly corner of Block VI, Lower Wanaka Survey District ; thence northerly along the western boundary of Lower Hawea Survey District to its north-west corner ; then easterly along the northern boundary of said survey district to its intersection with Lake Hawea ; then southerly, then easterly, then north-easterly along the shore of Lake Hawea to its intersection with the western boundary of Run 236, Lower Hawea Survey District ; then in a southerly direction along the western boundary of Run 236 to the south-west corner of Run 236 ; thence north-easterly along the boundary between Run 236 and 236A to the north-east corner of Run 236A ; then in a southerly direction along the easterly boundaries of Runs 236A, 236c, 236E, to its junction with the boundary of Run 236G, Lower Hawea Survey District ; thence in an easterly direction along the northern boundaries of Runs 236G, 236H, Lower Hawea Survey District, and Run 236I, Cluden Survey District, to its intersection with the western bank of the Lindis River ; thence generally in a southerly direction along the western bank of the Lindis River to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Lower Hawea Survey District ; thence southerly along the said boundary to its junction with the Wakefield Survey District ; thence in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of the Wakefield Survey District to its junction with the northern boundary of Run 238L ; thence in a south-westerly direction along the northern boundary of Run 238L to its junction with the eastern bank of the Clutha River ; thence in a south-westerly direction along the eastern bank of the Clutha River to its intersection with the John Bull Creek ; thence in a westerly direction across the Clutha River to the south-east corner of Section 3, Block IV, Wakefield Survey District, being the point of commencement, the said area being more particularly shown on plan marked P.W.D. 96725, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, and thereon edged red.
All that area in the Otago Land District, including a portion of Vincent County, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the extreme north corner of Run 244F, Tiger Hill Survey District ; thence in a south-westerly direction along the western boundaries of Runs 244F, 244f, and 244K to the south-west corner of Run 244K ; thence in a south-easterly direction along the southern boundary of Run 244K to the extreme north corner of Run 220D, Tiger Hill Survey District ; then in a south-westerly direction along the western boundaries of Runs 220D and 220E to the south-west corner of 220E ; thence in a south-easterly direction along the southern boundary of Run 220E to its junction with Section 4, Block XIII, Tiger Hill Survey District ; thence in a south-westerly direction along the western boundary to its south-west corner ; thence south-easterly along the southern boundary ; thence north-easterly along the eastern boundary of said Section 4, Block XIII, to the south-west corner of Section 2, Block XIII, Tiger Hill Survey District ; thence south-easterly along the southern boundaries of Section 2, Block XIII, and Section 10, Block IX, to the eastern side of the public by-road ; thence in a north-easterly direction along the eastern side of the said public by-road to its intersection with the western boundary of Section 10, Block XII, Tiger Hill Survey District ; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundary of the said Section 10, Block XII, to its most southerly point ; thence in a north-easterly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections 10, 3,
