SECTIONS 66 and 67, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District : Area, 3 roods 27 perches, more or less.
Sections 80 and 81, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District : Area, 3 roods 32 perches, more or less.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 13 acres l rood 16 perches, more or less, being Sections 31, 53 to 55, 58 to 61, and intersecting closed road, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District, bounded towards the north-west, north, and south-east by a public road running along the right bank of the Owaka River, 1240, 600, and 1580 links, respectively, towards the south-west by Section 62, Allotment 11, the abuttal of a road, and Allotment 12, Deposit Plan No. 2063, and Sections 56 and 52, 1323·8 links.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 17 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, being part of Section 25, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District, bounded towards the north and north-east by a public road, 187·3, 2097·2, and 460 links; towards the south-east and north-west generally by the Catlins and Owaka Rivers, 4400 links.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 4 perches, more or less, being the other part of Section 25, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District, and being an island at the junction of the Catlins and Owaka Rivers, bounded on all sides by the said rivers, 2000 links.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of that month, the control of Section 17, Block I, Town of Owhango, Wellington Land District, a reserve for a site for a public hall and library, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the "Owhango Public Hall and Library Board," in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas it is desirable that Colin Telfer, of Owhango, should be appointed a member of the said Board, in place of Thomas James McKee, who has resigned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said Colin Telfer to be a member of the Owhango Public Hall and Library Board constituted by the Order in Council dated the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, hereinbefore referred to, in place of the said Thomas James McKee who has resigned.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Portion of a Street (Patuone Place) between Waterview Road and Cautley Street, in the Borough of Devonport, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1937.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Devonport Borough Council to permit the laying-off of portion of a proposed street (described in the Schedule hereto) of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of proposed street within a distance of sixty-six feet from the southern boundary of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT portion of a proposed street, in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Devonport, containing by admeasurement 20·5 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 30, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96585, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Street in the City of Nelson exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:—
"That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets within the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of Queen’s Drive adjoining the Britannia Heights Domain which are shown on the plan and thereon coloured red and marked A–B, C–D, and E–F";
the portions of streets affected by such resolution being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those portions of street situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, fronting parts Section 4, Suburban South, Block IV, Waimea Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96648, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
