Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Blenheim to be Crown
Land.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section thirty-five of the Public Works
Act, 1928, it is provided that in the case of any
land taken, purchased, or acquired for a Government work,
and not required for that purpose, the Governor-General may,
on recommendation by the Minister, by Proclamation declare
such land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924,
and thereupon the land may be administered and disposed
of under that Act accordingly :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
on me by section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928,
and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 2Β·3 perches.
Portion of railway land (part Section 46, Opawa), Borough
of Blenheim. (S.O. 1653/73.)
In the Marlborough Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4799,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon coloured neutral tint.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
August, 1937.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato
Railway, Kaipara Section.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-
Waikato Railway, Kaipara Section.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-
A. R. P.
O O 1 Being portions of part Allotment 93, Ararimu
0 0 2 Parish.
Situated in Block X, Kaipara Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 28139.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
96752, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this lst day of
September, 1937.
