NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that the mining privilege held under the license mentioned in the Schedule hereto, will, unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register of Mining Privileges at the expiration of three months from the date hereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for sale for cash by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Government Buildings, Auckland, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, 9th March, 1937, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Franklin County.-Waipipi Parish.
ALLOTMENT 212A : Area, 6 acres 3 roods 18 perches. Upset price £10 10s.
This is a small area of Crown land suitable only to an adjoining owner situated off main Awhitu Road fifteen miles from Waiuku.
The whole area is covered in fern, ti-tree, gorse, and small Native bush.

Land in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.
District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 26th January, 1937.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 o'clock a.m. on Monday, 22nd February, 1937.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 24th February, at 10.30 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
Applicants are required to produce for inspection when examined documentary evidence of their financial position, such as bank pass-books, certificates or letters of credit from managers of banks, financial institutions, or mercantile firms, or from private persons or parents undertaking to give financial assistance. Persons undertaking to assist financially should state to what extent they are prepared to do so and supply guarantees of their own financial position.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year's rent, broken-period rent, lease and mortgage fees.
