HEREWITH is published for general information, in accordance with the Land Agents Act, 1921-22, a supplementary list of persons licensed to carry on business as land-agents as on the 31st day of December, 1936.

REGISTER OF LICENSES ISSUED UNDER THE LAND AGENTS ACT, 1921-22.
NOTE.-The Register is arranged alphabetically under the names of holders of licenses; but when an individual holds a license on behalf of a firm or registered company the name of such firm or company, and not the name of the holder of the license, is placed in its alphabetical order.
In the case of a firm or company the name of which consists of the Christian name or names (or initials) and surname or surnames of some person or persons, the index letter is the first letter of the first surname.
Further, where an individual holder of a license trades under a particular name, the trade-name appears in its alphabetical order.

    Land Surveyor's Examination, March, 1937, Australia and New Zealand.
    The Survey Board of New Zealand, Wellington, 21st January, 1937.
    IT is hereby notified for general information that the Survey Board, in conjunction with the Australian Surveyors' Boards, will conduct an examination of candidates for registration as surveyor, commencing at 10 a.m. on Monday, 8th March, at Wellington.
    Candidates are notified that their applications, on the proper form, must reach the Secretary of the Board not later than Monday, 22nd February, and that the examination fee must be paid at the same time to the Secretary, from whom application forms and other particulars may be obtained.
    Candidates sitting under Rule VIII (1) will be accepted at this examination, and with candidates completing former sittings may sit in other centres where there is a Chief Surveyor's office.
    Examination in all subjects, fee of £5 5s. New candidates for the full examination will sit in Wellington.

    Note.-Rule VIII (1) allows students to sit for subjects 1 to 4 inclusive on completion of two years in Articles, and for such candidates a fee of £2 2s. is payable.
    Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.-Declaration by the Assistant Registrar Dissolving a Society.
    I, ERNEST CLAUDE ADAMS, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Young Men's Christian Association of Wakefield, Incorporated (1920/1), is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28, subsection (3), of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
    Dated at Nelson, this 26th day of January, 1937.

    Sale of Unclaimed Property.
    Police Department, Wellington, 8th January, 1937.
    IT is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the police at the various police-stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, the 13th February, 1937, be sold thereafter by public auction.
    Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be obtained from the Superintendent or Inspector of Police in charge of the district.
