IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of TELEVISION FILM CORPORATION, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that Television Film Corporation, Limited, on 13th August, 1937, having passed a special resolution by entry in the minute-book in pursuance of subsection (1) of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, that the company be wound up voluntarily, and Mr. G. J. J. FEIL, of Wellington, Public Accountant, having been nominated as liquidator, a meeting of the creditors of the company is hereby summoned pursuant to section 300, subsection (7), of the Act to be held at the Chamber of Commerce, Dominion Building, Wellington, on Monday, the 23rd day of August, 1937, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
