Notice to Persons affected by Application for a License under
Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received
from P. T. Pickering for a license to take crayfish at
Kennedy Bay by means of a 14 ft. motor-boat (outboard).
Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the
undersigned not later than the 26th August, 1937.
