EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

Under the Public Works Act, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for the use and enjoyment of a public school the following land, namely:—
All that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing by admeasurement 1 rood 18 perches, more or less, being portion of Pakanae No. 2Y 3 Block, and being all the land shown coloured yellow on a plan lodged in the Survey Office at Auckland under No. 29103.
A plan of the land is deposited in the post-office at Opononi and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between JOHN STANLEY DAUBENY and SIDNEY TREEVES, carrying on business as farmers at Glen Murray under the style or firm of Daubeny and Treeves, has been dissolved as from the 31st day of July, 1937.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 3rd day of August, 1937, presented to the said Court by Fruit Traders, Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1933, and having its registered office at the corner of Miller and Victoria Streets, Hastings; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Napier on the 16th day of August, 1937, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
