Land taken in connection with Street Purposes in the City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96411, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1937.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Hospital in the Borough of Greytown.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a hospital, and shall vest in the Wairarapa Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Leasehold Interest in Land in Block I, Poerua Survey District, taken for Scenic Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Isabella Johnston from His Majesty the King under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity registered in the Land Registry Office at Hokitika in Register-book Volume 15, folio 209, is hereby taken for scenic purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the estate of leasehold is taken: 191 acres.
Being part Section 2258.
Situated in Block I, Poerua Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3330.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95544, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of July, 1937.
