IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act, 1933, that a final winding up meeting of the King Country Commercial Agency, Limited (in Liquidation), will be held at 3 o’clock p.m. in my office, Miriama Street, Taumarunui, on Monday, the 16th August, 1937, for the object of receiving and considering the liquidator’s statement of receipts and expenditure showing the process of winding up of the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 22nd day of July, 1937, the following special resolution was duly passed :—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. W. C. GLENNY be appointed liquidator of the company.”
