Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block X,
Mawhera-iti Survey District, Inangahua County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land
in Mawhera-iti Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 0 12·6 Section 9; coloured red.
0 0 0·01 Section 10; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 0 roods
11·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 9; coloured green.
All situated in Block X, Mawhera-iti Survey District
(Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 811r.)
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95886,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
July, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell,
Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Otepopo
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in
the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
1 acre.
Being Lot 4, D.P. 4745, and being part Section 14; coloured
red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood
34 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 51 and Lot 3, D.P. 4745,
being part Section 14; coloured green.
All situated in Block VIII, Otepopo Survey District
(Otago R.D.). (S.O. O 230.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95760,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
July, 1937.
