NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that, unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary within three months from the date hereof, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

IN accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and the regulations thereunder, I, Henry William Charles Mackintosh, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Wellington Land Board, do hereby declare that the result of the poll taken on the 12th day of July, 1937, is as follows:—

I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Mareretu Settlers’ Co-operative Telephone Association, Incorporated, is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Oamaru General and Local Bodies Labourers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1287, situated at Oamaru, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
