ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of July, 1937.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the Gazette of the nineteenth day of the same month, at page 3197, Eric A. Loisel (hereinafter called “the licensee”) was licensed to use and occupy part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Porewa Island, Tolaga Bay, as a site for a jetty:

And whereas the licensee has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Consenting to Additional Land being taken for the Purposes of a Public School in the Borough of Lower Hutt.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the additional land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a public school.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95879, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67412, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
