A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Waiau Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

0 0 21·2 Rotokakarangu No. 1 Block; coloured violet.
1 0 7·2 Rotokakarangu No. 2A Block; coloured yellow.
22 3 1·4 Section 2 (Crown land); coloured red.

Situated in Block XXII, Waiau Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1505, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96033, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
