Additional Land taken for the Western Railways in Block II, New River Hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Western Railways.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 22 perches. Being portion of road.
Situated in Block II, New River Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R677.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95651, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of July, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that Waipuakakahau Stream shall be altered or diverted within the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THAT portion of Ruapekapeka No. 16 No. 2 Block, situated in Block X, Hukerenui Survey District, and containing an area of 5 acres 1 rood 36 perches.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95506, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of July, 1937.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District, and Block III, Belmont Survey District—viz., Portion of the Haywards-Pahautanui Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District, and Block III, Belmont Survey District—viz., portion of the Haywards-Pahautanui Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only that land situated within a distance of five chains from the said middle-line.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Haywards-Pahautanui Road opposite the north-western corner of Section 7, Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve, Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 2 miles 46·5 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., part Lot 1, D.P. 6158, Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District, Sections 94 and 95, Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve, Block III, Belmont Survey District, Section 4 and parts Section 3, Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve, Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District, and Sections 12 and 10, Block III, Belmont Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the No. 13 Levin-Porirua State Highway, opposite part Section 63, Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96381, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of July, 1937.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 3 roods 30·23 perches.
Being portion of Section 2 of 20, Tamaki Village Settlement.
Situated in Block I, Tahoraiti Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1142, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95465, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95175, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
