WAIROA FIRE BOARD.
I, HARRY LIONEL HARKER, of Wairoa, hereby certify that the following resolution has been duly passed and confirmed by the Wairoa Fire Board, as provided by subsection (2) of section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33:
“Pursuant to the provisions of subsection (2) of section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, the Wairoa Fire Board hereby resolves to issue new securities in conversion of the existing securities for the Wairoa Fire Board loan of £2,200 which bears interest at four and four-fifths per centum per annum (originally six per centum per annum) and matures on the 12th day of January, 1947, the issue of such new securities to be subject to the consent of the holder of the existing securities being obtained, and subject to the provisions of the Wairoa Fire Board Loan Conversion Order, 1937.”
