in the Schedules hereto are hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry subject to the rights and leasehold interests hereinafter referred to; (b) that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is taken subject to an unregistered memorandum of agreement or grant of profit à prendre dated the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, between Kathleen Bridget Mitford, Joseph William Parker, and Robert Bruce, of the second part, and W. S.
