Constituting Okareka Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Okareka Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

THE following Crown land, situate in Block II, Tarawera Survey District, in the Waiariki Native Land Court District: Section 6. Area, 1,322 acres 2 roods 30 perches.

Including Crown Land in the Hokianga Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Hokianga Development Scheme.

Alterations: Front leading-mark has been increased in size and altered in shape to an inverted triangle and painted black and white diagonal stripes.

Rear leading-mark (old freezer chimney). A patch has been painted black and white diagonal stripes.

K. Hornblow, the result of the poll held on the 11th day of June, 1937, was as follows :—

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Query Club (Incorporated), is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, 26th July, 1937.

The land described in the First Schedule may, at the option of the applicants, be purchased for cash or on deferred payments, or be selected on renewable lease. The land described in the Second Schedule may be selected on renewable lease only.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth, on Wednesday, 28th July, 1937, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
