NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Ocean Beach Freezing-workers' Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1414, situated at Bluff, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, bounded on the west and north generally by the Waimairi County boundary hereinbefore described, from the south-western corner of Rural Section 58 to a point in the middle of the Waimakariri River in line with the production of the road forming the western boundary of Rural Section 848; thence southerly along that road to the middle of John’s Road (Tische’s); thence along the middle of John’s Road to the easternmost corner of R.S. 806; thence along the south-eastern boundary of R.S. 806 to the middle of Englefield Road; thence along the middle of Englefield Road to the middle of North Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of North Road to the middle of Styx Road; thence along the middle of Styx Road to the middle of Boundary Drain Road; thence along the middle of Boundary Drain Road, Foster’s Road, and Veitch’s Road to the middle of Sawyers Arms Road; thence along Sawyers Arms Road to the middle of Junction Road; thence along the middle of Junction Road to the middle of Papanui Road; thence along the middle of Papanui Road to the boundary of the City of Christchurch hereinbefore described; thence southerly generally along the boundary of the City of Christchurch to the middle of Wairarapa Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of Wairarapa Road to the western boundary of the Waimairi County, and by the county boundary to the south-western corner of R.S. 58, the point of commencement.
