Variation of Notice constituting Tihiotonga Development Scheme.

WHEREAS by notice dated the 1st day of December, 1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 84 of the 10th day of December, 1936, at page 2409, the lands described in the Schedule thereto were declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936 :

And whereas it is desirable to vary the said notice by amending the descriptions and areas of the said lands :

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the said Act, the Board of Native Affairs doth hereby vary the said notice by substituting for the descriptions and areas of the lands set out in the Schedule to the said notice the descriptions and areas as set out in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Pukehina Development Scheme.
