Lieutenant L. R. Palmer, 1st Cadet Battalion, to be Captain. Dated 1st March, 1937.
Lieutenant H. E. Bungate, from The Canterbury Regiment, to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 1st December, 1935, and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 28th April, 1937.
THE WELLINGTON WEST COAST REGIMENT.
Captain E. H. W. Rowntree, from the Reserve of Officers, to be Captain, with seniority from 17th March, 1933, and is transferred to The Southland Regiment. Dated 3rd May, 1937.

Lieutenant H. E. Bungate, 1st Battalion, is transferred to The Wellington Regiment. Dated 28th April, 1937.
THE OTAGO REGIMENT.
Captain T. C. Williams, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 11. Dated 26th April, 1937.
Lieutenant N. Macdonald, 1st Battalion, to be Captain. Dated 26th April, 1937.
THE SOUTHLAND REGIMENT.
Captain E. H. W. Rowntree, from The Wellington West Coast Regiment, to be Captain, with seniority from 17th March, 1933, and is posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion. Dated 3rd May, 1937.

to be Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Opotiki for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, Clerk of the Licensing Committee for the District of Bay of Plenty for the purposes of the Licensing Act, 1908, Registrar of Electors and Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Bay of Plenty for the purposes of the Electoral Act, 1927, Returning Officer for the Bay of Plenty Licensing District for the purposes of the Licensing Act, 1908, and its amendments, Registrar of Marriages for the District of Opotiki under the Marriage Act, 1908, Registrar of Births and Deaths for the District of Opotiki under the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1924, and Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Opotiki under the Maori Births and Deaths Registration Regulations dated 4th February, 1935, as from the 10th day of May, 1937.
